- Fresh flower arrangements: 24-hour return window from delivery time
- Potted plants & dried flowers: 7-day return window
- Gift items (vases, accessories): 7-day return window (must be unused)
2. How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us within 24 hours (for fresh flowers) or 7 days (for other products) at [email protected]
- Include photos of the product and your order number
- Our floral specialists will review your request within 24 business hours
3. Refund Options:
- Full refund (minus shipping) to original payment method
4. Special Conditions for Fresh Flowers:
- Refunds require photographic evidence of quality issues
- Seasonal availability may affect replacement options
- Delivery delays do not qualify unless caused by our error
