All floral orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). To ensure maximum freshness, some orders may be scheduled for next-day processing.

2. Delivery Timeframe

After our professional florists complete your arrangement, delivery typically takes:

• Local/nearby areas: 3-5 business days
• Remote areas: 5-7 business days
  (Note: We do not deliver fresh flowers on weekends)

3. Delivery Coverage

We currently serve the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations is not available at this time.

4. Special Delivery Notes

• All flowers are packaged with professional preservation materials
• Deliveries occur weekdays between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• We recommend recipients keep their phone available
